‘Seasonal Gift Envelopes’

My Mum likes to give my Grandad presents that will last throughout the year – last Christmas she gave him an envelope to open each month with a voucher inside. This year she tried seasonal envelopes instead.

I decorated four envelopes accordingly. It was so much fun!

Spring – drew on grass and stuck on paper flowers

Summer – drew on sunshines and sandcastles and added washi tape with a bunting design

Autumn – stuck on paper leaves

Winter – drew snowman and stamped snowflakes on

Then inside each envelope she put some gift vouchers for him to spend that month with my Nan. This included ones for garden centres, coffee shops and restaurants. He loved it, as it’s nice to open them throughout the year. It really is a gift that keeps on giving!

You could try this gift idea yourself, and fill the envelopes with all kinds of gift vouchers for that special someone to enjoy – think restaurants, their favourite shops, spa treatments, coffee shops… I’m sure they’ll love it!
